The Hazardous Materials department collects fluorescent bulbs, Hg bulbs, HID Bulbs, and light ballasts for recycling and disposal. Regular incandescent bulbs are not collected. All bulbs must be properly collected in a closed container. Do not mix broken bulbs with intact bulbs.
The bulb collection area is open on Tuesdays (9am-12pm); email hazmat@gatech.edu to check availability and schedule an appointment. Please do not leave bulbs outside; you must leave them with a member of EH&S HazMat.
