Fire Extinguisher Request

You may request a fire extinguisher for the following reasons:
  • Extinguisher was used and needs to be replaced
  • Extinguisher is in need of service
  • Borrow extinguisher for event (faculty, staff, and students only)
  • Request for new fire extinguisher location
