Request Inventory Barcodes and other Lab Safety info items

  1. Click on "Barcode Request"

  2. Click "Add" at the top left

  3. Select your building and lab
    Selecting your building and lab (second and third field from the top)
  4. Click in the quantity box to the left of each item you need, and enter a quantity

  5. If you have any special requests, enter those in the "Comments" box to the right
    Leave any special requests by entering those in the "Comments" box to the right
  6. Click "Save"
    Click the "Save" button to submit the request (at the bottom of a page)
